How do I order already-existing Level 1 data?

Users may search and order archived ASTER Level 1A scenes using the Ground Data System (GDS) IMS interface, a system maintained and operated by Japan. Billable orders must be processed through GDS. Archived Level 1A ASTER scenes can also be searched using NASA Reverb or the Warehouse Inventory Search Tool (WIST), but only NASA Approved Users may order data. For data over the U.S. and territories, Level 1B data are also available (at no cost) through the LP DAAC Data Pool tool. Note that higher level products are NOT available through this tool.

Another browse and order tool is the USGS Global Visualization Viewer (GLOVIS). This tool uses a map interface of mosaicked ASTER browse images to allow you to search the Level 1A data archive, then place an order through the WIST for the desired ASTER data products.
